? Slow Cooker Method- wake up to the smell of pumpkin pie! **sweetener is 3 pkts of STEVIA In The Raw. You can also use Splenda or just 3 Tbsp brown sugar (if you're not watching sugar intake)

Recipe Ingredients for Pumkin-Apple Steel Cut Oatmeal

2 tablespoons I can't believe it's not butter
1 1/2 cups steel cut oats
1/4 cup flax seed, ground
1 cup pumpkin
3 teaspoons brown sugar
3 grams In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener **
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups skim milk
2 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 apple, diced
1/2 cup goji berries, dried

Recipe Directions for Pumkin-Apple Steel Cut Oatmeal

  1. Pumpkin-Apple Steel Cut Oatmeal

  2. serves 5-7, 7 oz servings

  3. SPRAY PAN with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Pour in the milk and water & add all remaining ingredients, stir to combine Cook on LOW for 8 hours or overnight. (I added chia-omega 3 seeds before cooking, recipe analizer would Not let me add it). Add pecans or fruit after serving.

  5. Reheat extra servings in microwave with a small amount of skim milk added for moisture
