Recipe Ingredients for Pulled pork - Texas style (Crock Pot)

3 pounds pork loin
8 ounces barbecue sauce
8 ounces tomato sauce
4 diced jalapeno peppers
1 diced onion
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons chili powder
8 slices whole wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Pulled pork - Texas style (Crock Pot)

  1. Mix all liquid ingredients.

  2. Place pork loin in crock pot.

  3. Pour liquid mixture over pork.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

  5. After cooking, "pull" pork using 2 forks.

  6. Serve on toasted buns/bread.
