modified from a prevention magazine recipe. Used a hillshire farms 'garden herbs' lean pork loin.

Recipe Ingredients for Pulled Pork - Slow Cooker

1 1/2 pounds lean pork loin
1/3 cup ketchup
1/8 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 teaspoons tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Pulled Pork - Slow Cooker

  1. Used "Smoked" tabasco sauce, not regular

  2. wisk all ingredient (except pork) together till smooth

  3. spray inside of a slow cooker with "Pam"

  4. cut meat into cubes

  5. add meat to mixture, toss to coat

  6. pour meat and mixture into slow cooker

  7. 3 hours on high

  8. 5-6 hours on low.
