Recipe Ingredients for pulled pork

9 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Roasts), Boneless
4 oz Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce
30 grams Onions
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for pulled pork

using leftover lean from a pork loin roast, chop or shred pork & set aside. Saute 1/2 of a large sweet onion in 2 tsp oilve oil. Add 1/2 cup barbecue sauce to a sauce pan or tiny crockpot. Add in prk. Reserve onion to end of cooking time. Heat and simmer 1/2 hour then add onion. Mix well.
