slow cooker pulled pork (meat becomes so tender it FALLS apart!!)

Recipe Ingredients for pulled pork

5 pounds pork loin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for pulled pork

  1. combine all seasonings in a bowl and rub evenly over pork loin, place meat in slow cooker, add water

  2. cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or on high for 4 -5 hours
