Lower fat pulled pork than one made with shoulder

Recipe Ingredients for Pulled Pork

4 lbs lean pork roast
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup barbeque sauce

Recipe Directions for Pulled Pork

  1. Slice loin into 2 inch cross cut pieces.

  2. Arrange in slow cooker and add vinegar.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours - do not overcook.

  4. Let cool and pull apart with forks - discard any bits of fat.

  5. Stir in barbeque sauce - add more vinegar (or bourbon) if dry.
