6 lbs pork shoulder, or boston butt (prefered)

Recipe Directions for pulled pork

  1. marinade in old south marinade 12 hours min, rub well with old south rub.

  2. Roast covered 200-250 degrees for 6-8 hours.

  3. Remove fat and shred with fork
