Recipe Ingredients for Pulled pork

1 tbs salt
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs dark brown sugar
1 tbs paprika
2.89 lb pork roast
2 c apple juice
1 c apple cider vinegar
2 tbs worcestershire
1/2 tbs liquid smoke
1/2 tbs garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Pulled pork

  1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Rub into roast. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs

  2. Preheat oven to 325. Combine liquid ingredients and garlic powder. Place roast in pan, pour liquid over. Cover with foil. Roast for 4 hrs brushing with liquid from pan every hr.

  3. Shred with forks.
