Serving is 4 oz; 105 oz is about 6.5 pounds of pork butt; 32 tbsp is about 18 oz of bbq sauce (1 bottle for me).

Recipe Ingredients for Pulled Pork

105 ounces pork butt
32 tbsp barbecue sauce
1/2 red onion
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Pulled Pork

  1. Cut up onion and place in crockpot.

  2. Add thawed pork butt and water.

  3. Cook on LOW for 12 hours.

  4. Drain water from crockpot.

  5. Tear up pork and remove bone.

  6. Add bbq sauce.

  7. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.

  8. Enjoy!
