For the slow-cooker, adapted from Spark Recipes

Recipe Ingredients for Pulled Pork

1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbecue sauce
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 1/2 lbs boneless pork roast

Recipe Directions for Pulled Pork

  1. Combine all ingredients except roast in the slow cooker.

  2. When well mixed, add roast.

  3. Cover, cook on high for 6 hours.

  4. Shred the meat, cook on low for 1 hour.
