Recipe Ingredients for Pulled Pork

1 1/2 cups Onions Chopped
2 1/4 tsps chili powder
2 1/2 lbs Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Recipe Directions for Pulled Pork

Combine onions, chili powder, barbecue sauce and pork in crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Shred with two forks. Each serving is approx. 3/4 cup.
