3 1/2 pounds pork butt
2 cups kraft original barbecue sauce
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Pulled Pork - quick

  1. trim meat of exposed fat

  2. put all in pressure cooker (use rack that came with pressure cooker).

  3. Cook on high for 55 minutes.

  4. Natural pressure release

  5. move to cutting board & pull apart with 2 forks.

  6. Put back into pot on "warm" setting until ready to serve
