Easy crock pot pulled pork, freezes well.

Recipe Ingredients for Pulled Pork (Crock Pot)

4 lbs pork roast
2 large onions
18 ounce bbq sauce

Recipe Directions for Pulled Pork (Crock Pot)

  1. Slice 1 Onion and place in crock pot

  2. Put in roast ans cover with other onion

  3. Add 1 cup water

  4. Cook on LOW 12 hours

  5. Remove meat and discard water. Save onions,

  6. Shread meat with two forks removing any fat, boans or skin

  7. Return shreadded meat and onions to crock pot, stir in BBQ sauce and cook for another 4-6 hours

  8. Serve on hamburger buns

  9. Freeze ready-made sandwiches - a scoop of meat on a bun, well wrapped. Reheat in microwave 1 - 2 minutes.
