Recipe Ingredients for Pulled Chicken Tacos

2 chicken breast, frozen
4 cups water
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 serving cayanne
1/2 tsp cumin
2 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 tbsp onion powder
8 corn tortilla, taco size
8 tbsp low fat cheese
8 tbsp light sour cream

Recipe Directions for Pulled Chicken Tacos

  1. Put all ingriedents in first set into crockpot before work let it slow cook all day!

  2. shredd chicken onto baking sheet, broil until browned

  3. Build taco and enjoy
