Recipe Ingredients for Pul Koki

1 lbs beef sirloin
1/4 c minced onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 c soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp sesame seed oil

Recipe Directions for Pul Koki

  1. Cut sirloin into thin slices.

  2. Combine onion, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and dash of red pepper, sesame seed oil, mix well.

  3. Pour over beef slices, grill on skewers.

  4. Serving postion is 3 half skewers a person
