1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
240 g Half and Half (1 Cup)
1 tbsp Butter
8 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Puffy Pancakes (Reduced Carb)

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Place butter in 9x13 pan and place in oven to melt.

  3. Meanwhile, mix together eggs and flour. Stir in milk and salt.

  4. Pour batter into pan with melted butter.

  5. Return to oven and cook at 450 for 20 minutes.

  6. Serve immediately with syrup, fruit, or anything else.
