Recipe Ingredients for Puffy Pancakes

4 T butter
6 eggs
1 c milk
3/4 c white flour
1/4 c wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt

Recipe Directions for Puffy Pancakes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Put butter in baking dish (9X13) heat in oven 3-5 minutes, until butter melted.

  3. Beat eggs. Add milk, flours, sugars, and salt. Beat until smooth.

  4. Pour immediately into baking dish.

  5. Bake 25 minutes, or until puffy edges and looks done in center.
