Recipe Ingredients for Puffy Pancake

8 eggs
2 c flour
2 c milk
1 tsp. salt
8 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Puffy Pancake

Beat with wire whisk until smooth. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in a second ovenproof skillet. Pour in batter; place in preheated 450 oven. Bake for approximately 5 minutes, until it puffs. Prick with fork; bake for 10 minutes at same heat, pricking several times, then reduce heat and cook for final 10 minutes.
