Puffed oven pancake...great with maple or berry syrup or with powdered sugar and lemon.

Recipe Ingredients for Puffy Pancake

3 large eggs
1/2 c. 1% milk
1/2 c. flour
1 T. butter
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for Puffy Pancake

Preheat oven to 400. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour and salt in bowl. Put butter in square baking dish and let melt in oven. Pour batter into dish, place in oven, and cook until pancake puffs up and is slightly browned; about 15-20 minutes.
