The pancake we make in 450 degree oven w/apples or berries.

Recipe Ingredients for Puffy Eggy Pancake

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat
1 cup eggbeaters
3 tbs granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 medium apple, sliced
1 tsp powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for Puffy Eggy Pancake

  1. Pan saute sliced apples in Pam.

  2. In mixing bowl, add all other ingredients except powdered sugar and mix on high for 1 minute.

  3. Pour onto apples, remove from stove top and place in over pre-heated to 450 for 15 minutes or until puffy and top is golden brown.

  4. If berries are substituted for apple, no need to saute the berries. Put them in after the egg mix, and place directly into the oven.
