Recipe Ingredients for Puffed Pastry & Fresh Tomato Pizza

1 sheet puffed pastry
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
1 tbs italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Puffed Pastry & Fresh Tomato Pizza

Use one of the Pepperidge Farm Puffed Pastries in the package and let thaw for 15 mins, or until it can be unrolled without breaking. Place on stone (may need to adjust time if using a cookie sheet and spray with non-stick spray first) then place sliced fresh tomatoes over top, leaving a small edge, sprinkle with cheese and italian seasoning. Bake at 425 for 20 mins or until dough is brown.
