Fresh veggie and mozzarella pizza made on a frozen puff pastry

Recipe Ingredients for Puff Pizza

9 oz puff pastry (1 sheet)
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon oregano

Recipe Directions for Puff Pizza

  1. Place thawed puff pastry on a greased cookie sheet.

  2. Put tomato slices 3 across and 3 high creating a square form on puff pastry.

  3. Top tomatoes with mozzarella and sprinkle with oregano.

  4. Bake in a 375 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes or until puff pastry starts to turn golden brown.

  5. Remove from oven, cut puff pastry in 9 squares and serve.
