Puffy golden pancake , serves 1. Recipe doubles easily

Recipe Ingredients for Puff Pancake

1/2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Butter
2 large Egg, Whole
1/2 cup 1% Milk

Recipe Directions for Puff Pancake

  1. Pre heat oven to 450, and place oven proof pan in oven to heat. Once heated melt butter in pan.

  2. Mix all ingredients together at once ( if you don't, the pancake won't puff). The more air you beat into the mixture, the more your pancake will puff.

  3. Pour batter into the pan and place pan back into oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Serve with whatever topping you like(e.g. maple syrup, powdered sugar, cinnamon, fruit)
