32 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
4 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
12 oz Chiles
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/4" to 2-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
3 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
6 tsp Cumin
3 tsp Oregano

Recipe Directions for Pueblo Green Chile Stew

In a large Dutch oven or deep skillet with lid, lightly brown pork cubes in oil over medium-high heat. Add rest of ingredients to pot, cover and simmer for one hour. Serve hot.
