Recipe Ingredients for pudina chutney

2 oz Chana Dal
10 grams red chilli pepper
1 oz Mint
1 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
4 grams Tamarind
1 tbsp Salt, Table
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
5 grams Mustard Seeds

Recipe Directions for pudina chutney

roast chana dal, red chilli with a drop of oil until golden brown. keep aside. roast pudina also, until the raw smell is gone. once cool, grind them with coconut and tamarind and salt. Season with oil, mustard seeds.
