Recipe Ingredients for Pudding - Gluten Free / Dairy Free

8 oz Rice Dream Vanilla Enriched
1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
3 teaspoons Sugar in the Raw
1 dash salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Pudding - Gluten Free / Dairy Free

  1. Mix corn starch, sugar, and salt in a microwave safe bowl. Slowly stir in milk. Microwave on high until thickened, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, butter (optional) to taste.

  2. Serve warm or cold.

  3. *variation* stir in unsweetened cocoa powder with dry ingredients, but you will need to add more sugar too
