Recipe Ingredients for Pudding cake

1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 package Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Vanilla
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 cup Butter

Recipe Directions for Pudding cake

  1. Preheat oven to 385 Fahrenheight.

  2. Make the instant pudding as instructed, yes you will make double the amount you need, save the rest for other stuff.

  3. Cream together the sugar and butter with whatever method you can (fork, mixer).

  4. Put half the flour into the creamed concoction, then the egg, then all the pudding, then the rest of the flour and other dry ingredients.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes and leave in the oven for another 20.
