One of our favorite weekend meals. Believe it or not, this is half of our normal portion. Sure, it's high in fat, but if you don't feed the fat guy every once in a while, he's gonna revolt!

Recipe Ingredients for Pub Burgers & French Fries

4 ounce Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat
43 grams Rolls, Hamburger, Mixed-grain
3 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Mustard
1 ounce Colby Cheese
4 ounce Potato
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Recipe Directions for Pub Burgers & French Fries

  1. Light a grill and broil the burgers to your preference. Top with the cheese during the last 3 minutes.

  2. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees. Cut the potatoes into wedges, drizzle with olive oil, then toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes, then increase oven temperature to Broil. Broil for an additional 5 to 10 minutes to make the potato wedges crispy.
