A tasty, low-calorie fakey sofrito

Recipe Ingredients for Pseudofrito

15 oz g) (g g) black beans
15 oz g) diced tomatoes, salt-free
1/2 large Onions
2 1tsp Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Pseudofrito

  1. Easy to make in 1 pan!

  2. Sautee onion in olive oil (and anything else you like - I like to add sauteed mushrooms sometimes)

  3. Add 1 can black beans and 1 can salt-free diced tomatoes

  4. Add any seasonings you like (pretty good with just some pepper, but add sazon to make it more sofrito-ish)

  5. Add garlic at the end.
