Recipe Ingredients for PS Tropical Hemp Smoothie

1 serving (Private Selection) tropical smoothie blend (strawberry, mango,
0.5 serving Milk
50 grams Juice
0.5 medium banana Bananas
1 tablespoon Hemp Seed

Recipe Directions for PS Tropical Hemp Smoothie

  1. Pour 1/2 cup milk (2% used in this recipe) and 1/2 cup 100% apple juice in blender

  2. Add 1/2 of a frozen banana (sliced)

  3. Add 3/4 cup Private Selection Tropical Smoothie Blend

  4. Add 1 TBSP hemp seeds

  5. Pulse/blend until smooth, then blend for at least 5 seconds
