Makes 2.5 cups of low carb salad. Does not include dressing. Add 1/2 oz feta cheese as desired.

Recipe Ingredients for P's Daily Salad

100 g red leaf lettuce
1/2 c spinach
1/4 c red pepper
1/4 c green pepper
1/8 c celery, chopped
1/8 c red cabbage
1/2 c mushrooms

Recipe Directions for P's Daily Salad

  1. Tear up 1c lettuce and 1/2c raw spinach.

  2. Add veggies (cucumbers too if desired).
