Low-fat tuna salad for lettuce rolls or pita sandwich.

Recipe Ingredients for P's Crunchy Tuna Salad

1 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1 cup celery, chopped
1 tbsp capers, drained
2 tbsp red pepper, chopped
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for P's Crunchy Tuna Salad

  1. Drain tuna and flake well

  2. Mix tuna well with chopped celery, rinsed and drained capers, and red pepper

  3. Add mayo and yogurt and mix well.

  4. Add pepper to taste (also can try a bit of prepared mustard).

  5. Serve as lettuce roll-ups, a pita pocket, or on its own.
