500g boneless, skinless, chicken thighs 234g bite sized, pitted prunes 6 whole cloves, rather than ground is preferred.

Recipe Ingredients for Prune chicken

1 T olive oil
32 oz
40 oz chicken broth
3/4 c raisins
2 T thyme leaves
2 T sage leaves
6 T parsley leaves
2 T marjoram leaves
1/4 c Rudi's gluten free bread crumbs
24 pitted prunes
1/4 t ground cloves
1 t mace
1/2 t saffron

Recipe Directions for Prune chicken

  1. brown chicken in olive oil then add all ingredients and stew 45mins or longer until all ingredients are integrated together and it has thickened.

  2. Serve over couscous (count couscous calories separately)

  3. Garnish with almond slivers (count almond calories separately)
