Provolone cheese, spinich and garlic rolled in top sirlion steak.

Recipe Ingredients for Provolone Steak Rolls

6 oz. Top Sirloin Steak
1 oz. Provolone Cheese
1/4 cup Spinach
4 cloves Garlic
2 tbs. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Recipe Directions for Provolone Steak Rolls

  1. Place cheese and spinach on the top of a thin cut sirlion steak. Roll the steak tightly and tie with twine. Cut through the center of the roll to create two servings.

  2. Split garlic into halves and insert 4 pieces into the center of each roll. Rub tops and bottom of rolls with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Place into a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
