1 1/2 lbs skinless,boneless chicken breast
2 slices provolone cheese
4 ounce sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Provolone chicken breasts

  1. Preheat to 350

  2. Spray cooking dish w/ Pam

  3. Coat chicken completely with bread crumbs

  4. Place in dish

  5. Place cheese over chicken

  6. Top with mushrooms

  7. Bake 40-50 minutes
