Frozen protien shake, great for a quick breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Protien Shake

1/2 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 cup frozen berries
7 g protein powder

Recipe Directions for Protien Shake

  1. Add together all ingredients in a blender (I use the magic bullet)

  2. blend until smooth. Add water depending on the thickness you desire.

  3. I also add 2 packets of splenda for sweetness.
