1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
3/4 cup broccoli
1/2 green pepper, seeded, cut lengthwise
1 cup whole wheat macaroni
2 tblsp parmesean cheese

  1. steam and chop broccoli

  2. cook pasta per box

  3. mix everything together

  4. add pepper, garlic powder, basil, and oregano to taste
