Recipe Ingredients for Proteinated, no-milk Chocolate pudding

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Splenda
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
21 g soy protein isolate
2 cups Light Original Soy milk

Recipe Directions for Proteinated, no-milk Chocolate pudding

  1. Slowly whisk soy milk into dry ingredients (or sift dry ingredients into soy milk), making sure no clumps form.

  2. Microwave the whole mess on high for 3 minutes.

  3. Stir, then microwave for 1 minute pulses, stirring in between, until mixture is shiny and thickened.

  4. Refrigerate with plastic wrap on the surface until chilled.
