tvp can be substituted for whole yoghurt

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Yogurt with Healthy Granola

1/8 cup tvp
1/8 cup water
1/2 tbsp sultana
60 g yogurt
1 tbsp oats
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp blueberries

Recipe Directions for Protein Yogurt with Healthy Granola

  1. soak tvp in water add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg- set aside to cool

  2. Toast oats til golden add maple syrup

  3. Pour yogurt into bowl

  4. Mix in tvp

  5. Top with oats, sultanas seeds and fruit.
