Recipe Ingredients for Protein Waffle Recipe

1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 oz whey protein powder
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/4 c egg whites
1/4 c nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Protein Waffle Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small/medium bowl until well blended.

  2. Cook in waffle iron until done.

  3. Enjoy

  4. Note: Batter can be made the night before, however, more liquid may be required.
