Recipe Ingredients for protein tofu/egg salad

320 cal Tofu, Firm
4 large Egg, Whole
0.5 serving Bergeron lactose free cheese
50 cal Olives Sliced Green
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.8 pot Light Yogurt
1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for protein tofu/egg salad

shred the tofu, cook the eggs. Shred the cheese. Dice onions, pepper, olives and pickle. Mix together with chopped eggs. Mix yogurt with mustard, combine. Enjoy with slice of bread
