Homemade protein shake with EAS Myoplex protein powder and various fruits that I have on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Smoothie

100 grams Myoplex Lite Powder
0.5 cup, halves Strawberries
0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.1 cup Pineapple Juice, Frozen Concentrate, Unsweetened, Diluted
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
