Can be a meal substitute. Any fruit will do (not to exceep 100 cal). I use 1 scoop of women's low glycemic protein powder (40 calories per scoop).

Recipe Ingredients for Protein smoothie

1/2 medium banana
1 tsp peanut butter
1/4 cup raspberries
4 oz fat free yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 scoop whey protein

Recipe Directions for Protein smoothie

Put all in a blender until smooth. Serve over ice.
