High protein and lots of fruit. Makes 2 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Smoothie

1 cup Mixed Berries
0.5 cup, thawed Strawberries
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
6 oz Vanilla Yogurt
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Protein Smoothie

  1. Add all ingredients in the blender in order.

  2. Blend all fruit and yogurt together then add protein powder. Add milk if needed. Also you can add ice as well.

  3. Pour into 2 cups. I usually just stick the extra cup into the freezer for later.
