A nice meal replacement that's very filling! It has the consistency of whipped cream and it's delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Smoothie

1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 banana
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Protein Smoothie

  1. In blender, add milk, yogurt, ice cubes, protein powder and banana.

  2. Mix well, then add berries and mix again.

  3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
