Just something I whipped up using the fruit I had on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Smoothie

1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup apple juice
1 serving protein powder
3 oz. plum (1 small plum)
2 oz. banana (1/2 avg. banana)

Recipe Directions for Protein Smoothie

  1. Cut fruit into chunks and freeze.

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
