I use Proti-Zyme Protein Enzyme Complex but am not able to include it in this recipe since it doesn't exist in the database. With or without this is a great high-protein, fresh tasting smoothie. The flax gives it a hint of a nutty flavor.

1 cup Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 (medium) banana
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 tbsp flax, milled

  2. Blend.

  3. Pour into glass.

  4. Enjoy.
