1 serving Whey Protein (CytoSport Vanilla)
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Greek Yogurt Plain Nonfat (Kirkland)

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend. Pour out 2 even servings. Let sit. Drink after workout!
