Recipe Ingredients for Protein Shake

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Kirkland's Trader Farms Triple Berry, Frozen Fruit
1 serving 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 tbsp Flax Oil

Recipe Directions for Protein Shake

mix all ingredients with 1 C water and 1 C. ice. Blend until smooth.
