Usually enjoyed half pre-workout and half post-workout for my AM workouts. For weekend long workouts consumed entirely post work-out.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Shake

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
12 oz cranberry juice
12 oz water
1 tbsp molasses
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Protein Shake

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend on "Blend" speed for 30 seconds.
